Peace
Sweet Peace is a collection of original songs Jeff has written addressing
the universal themes of acceptance, of loss, continuation of the soul, inner
peace, and the interconnection between us all. | These letters from families reflect the impact of this song collection. Jeff Moyer has volunteered as a performer at the Hospice House since 2002 and has performed over two hundred and fifty concerts there. |
| "When the first song played on your CD, I cried—cried with a broken heart, with memories of Steven that just wouldn’t stop. As the songs continued, I found less to regret and more to treasure. Finally, it ended and my heart was glad to release Steven to a freedom he longed to have. I felt he released me from the fear of struggle and death. Thank you for caring to share the songs with us. I know Steven would have found peace in the thoughtful melodies. I did." - Nancy Dickson. |
| "Thank you so much for your CD. Thank you for your music and joy that you bring to the Hospice House and to our hearts and spirits. Mom was just listening to your CD. May God always shine love upon your face and life. Thank you for your visits and our music." - Mary Wade and Marilyn Fink |
| "Your music brought so much joy to my dad’s last months of life…he often asked to hear your CD. Thank you for playing at his service." - Love, Carole Bush |
| "Thank you for the beautiful CD of your
music. Don loved your concerts and, during his last day on earth,
he asked for me to play your CD time and again. Thank you also for
playing at his funeral mass. I so hoped it would be an uplifting and
consoling service—and I think it was. Your song “Peace
Sweet Peace” was the perfect one for quiet reflection."

| "Thank you for the CD. It meant so much to my mother. When I would visit Hospice, she would often be listening to it and it was playing when she died. Afterwards, we put it on several times as we sat and said good-bye. Thanks for playing at her service, too. I know your songs were her favorites." - Skip Sonville |
